this person has at his disposition Royal Mail Track & Trace reference numbers that he uses in order to convince people, who buy stuff off him on ebay, that he has actually mailed the items while he has not.

It is possible that he is a high-volume customer of yours that is indeed using the ref numbers appropriately most of the time but not in my case and not in the case of many others whom he has deceived using your service.

The ref number used twice as proof of postage in my case has been: RJ208195780GB

Please stop this abuse in your name. I am in contact with Lancashire police trying to press charges but I would greatly appreciate your help as well.
